SPACE RENTAL


There is a great shortage of cultural space to rent in Austin.


Austin Conservatory of Professional Arts happens to have a great space.


We have 2 studios that can be rented and after our build-out (beginning

June 1), we will have space suitable for:


  1. •Film Screenings

  2. •Festival Use

  3. •Theatre Performances

  4. •Dance Performances

  5. •Rehearsals of All Types

  6. •Networking Meetings

  7. •Gallery Showings

  8. •Conferences, etc.

ACPA is located at 501 Studios (walking distance from downtown Austin).


We are located on the East side of N IH-35 (between 5th and 6th streets).


We are next door to Progress coffee shop.

Why ACPA Rents:


As mentioned above, there is a shortage of good rentable space for cultural purposes in Austin.


ACPA is very community focused. We aim to invest in our community and believe that by doing so, our community will invest in us.


If you would like to rent our facilities, our space is very flexible and open.

We are happy to work with your budget. All offers will be considered.
